Own a 5+ acres land (currently own 0.3 also working on Elix Foundation)
Own a ranch (might do as part of Elix Foundation)
Convert a second camper, maybe a Mercedes Sprinter or a School bus.
Own a cat again (can't have one at the moment)
Own a lake (might do as part of Elix Foundation)
Have a business in Puerto Rico.
